Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders will ship through USPS or UPS. We do not ship to anyone under the age of 21. 

We do not ship or sell products to Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota or Utah.

We do not ship any flavored tobacco products to Massachusetts.

We do not ship small cigars to Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Vermont, or Washington.

 

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout through easypost. You can access their website here.

Shipping to states where adult signature is required by government regulation may be subject to additional fees

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges and we will notify if there are any issues.

Lighters will ship without butane.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

West End Cigars does not ship to P.O Boxes

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

West End Cigars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

West End Cigars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
